Happy Friday to you! How was your week? Have you become a summer Olympic expert like me? The Games (that’s what us experts call the Olympics) are almost over, thankfully, because I don’t think Josh and I can handle watching diving anymore. Seriously, their heads get way too close to the board. Just stop it.
The weekend looks to be gold medal material (you’re welcome for that). Our friends Joe and Amanda are flying in from DC for a weekend of fun, capped off with seeing Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats at Red Rocks on Sunday. Yay!
Yes, car boat is still around. I’m pretty sure we’re keeping it forever.

Favorite Toddler Tips: 7 Tips for a Smoother Day. Who’s a fan of smooth days? 🙋🏻 Monitoring phone usage is huge. I find that when I keep my distance from my phone, I am able to accomplish way more and keep my focus on Quinn (that equals less mom-guilt).
Favorite No-Bake Dessert: No Bake Banana Cream Cheesecake. Oh my.
Favorite Fresh: DIY 5-Minute Mason Jar Candles. I imagine this candle would leave our house smelling lovely. Also, candles make me feel like I’m at a spa (a really loud spa where I have peanut butter (?) smeared all over my clothes).
Favorite 30 Minute Meal: One-Pot Cajun Alfredo Pasta. One pot! 30 minutes! Cheeeeeese.
Favorite Funny: So. Funny.
