I have a major thing for s’mores. I don’t know what it is about them that makes me love them so much. Oh wait, yes I do, it’s the melted chocolate. Or maybe it’s the toasted marshmallow. Or it’s the way the toasted marshmallow gently melts the chocolate and the whole thing becomes one sticky, glorious mess of deliciousness…
And now I’m drooling.
Normally I wouldn’t mess with a good thing, but I decided to kick these s’mores up a notch by adding Nutella and strawberries. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. The strawberries add freshness and you can never go wrong with Nutella. The ultimate s’more, indeed.
Strawberry + Nutella S’mores (Printer-Friendly Recipe)

Set oven to broil. Start by spreading a layer of Nutella on your graham crackers. Place half of the graham crackers on a baking sheet and place a marshmallow on top. Broil for a minute or two, keeping a careful eye on the marshmallows (you can certainly toast your marshmallow by other means or microwave it for 10-20 seconds). Remove from oven with the marshmallows are nicely toasted. Squish the marshmallow down with the chocolate bars. Place sliced strawberries on top of the chocolate. Now press the remaining Nutella-spread graham crackers on top of the strawberries (this will help hold them in place, because they slide around easily). Serve immediately and enjoy!
