Friday Favorites

You guys, it’s Friday! I’m back from my trip to the Black Hills and I’m feeling refreshed after spending a long weekend with two of my best friends from college.

065We spent the weekend in a cozy cabin and had the best time reminiscing. No matter how long we go without seeing each other, we always pick up right where we left off. Isn’t that the best?

005I am so happy that we made this trip happen. When can we start planning our next vacation? 😉

Black Hills TripA gigantic thank you to Josh’s mom for flying out to Denver to stay with Quinn. I know that Quinn loved her special time with grandma, and I greatly appreciated the time away. What a great way to start the summer!

Now, on to the weekend. Whatever you are up to, I hope you have fun! Let’s start the weekend off properly with Friday Favorites.

Favorite Fast Food: 20 Minute Italian Turkey Sausage & Couscous Bowls. Only twenty minutes stand between you and this bowl of deliciousness.

Favorite Fun Decor: DIY Typography Vase. Majorly cute.

Favorite Cake: 3-2-1 Cake. Because sometimes you just need cake, pronto.

Favorite To-Do List: Things to Do in the Summer. Just in case you need some fresh ideas for summertime (the 90 degree weather outside tells me that summer came early this year).

Favorite Healthy: Raw Vegan Turmeric Chia Pudding. Time to jump on the turmeric bandwagon.

Favorite Sprinkles: How to make homemade confetti sprinkles. Life is better with sprinkles.

Favorite Za: Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Pizza. GET IN MY BELLY!

Favorite Wall Art: Printable State Art (all 50 state). How cute!

Favorite Breakfast: Egg and Sausage Breakfast Taquitos. Adding these to my breakfast rotation!

Favorite Potty Training Tip: Keep these potty training essentials close by. Yes! This might be just what Quinn needs to become interested in potty training.

Favorite Side Dish: Cauliflower, Corn, and Cucumber Salad. I wouldn’t have thought of putting these ingredients together, but they make sense and are a welcome addition to my rotation of summertime salads!

Favorite Funny: This towel. Thanks to my mother-in-law, this dish towel is gracing our kitchen and making me giggle every time I see it. 🙂

Happy weekend!
