Vanilla Wafer Banana Pudding

Don’t we all want easy dessert recipes?  Like so easy that almost no skills are required?  Here’s a good one to whip up on a busy weekday that will please the banana-lovers in your family.  Vanilla Wafer Banana Pudding has all of the flavors I love in a good banana pudding!

Makes: 4 9-ounce individual cups

Ingredients

1 package vanilla pudding
2 bananas
24 vanilla wafers
Whipped cream

Directions

Prepare vanilla pudding according to package instructions, let sit for 5 minutes.  Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup, then add a few slices of banana to each cup.  Layer on pudding.  Add one vanilla wafer to the cup and then add 4 more wafers around the sides of the cup.  Fill in the wafer hole with more slices of bananas.  Layer on the rest of the pudding.  Refrigerate for about 3 hours and top with whipped cream before serving.  Enjoy!
