Friday Favorites

Happy Friday to youuuuu!  The weekend is here and the sun is shining, life is good. 🙂  I’m not sure what is on the agenda, but I’m looking forward to a couple of days off.  I hope you all have a happy weekend!  While you (hopefully) enjoy my favorite things from around the interwebs in this week’s Friday Favorites, I’m going to slip outside and enjoy the day!

Favorite Cake: Watermelon Cake.  This is a great idea!  Perfect for the healthy eater or fruit lover’s birthday.

Favorite Signs: Vintage-looking painted sign from salvaged wood.  I have been wanting to make a “Just a Spoonful of Sugar” sign for my kitchen.  This is exactly how I want it to look!

Favorite Breakfast: Donut Muffins.  Donuts are the best, aren’t they?  I’ve been wanting to make donuts lately, but have simply been too lazy.  Donut Muffins to the rescue!

Favorite Shoes: NikeiD.  Create your own pair of kicks on NikeiD.  I had a hard time picking colors, but I really like the ones below.  Opinions?

Favorite Cupcakes: Lemon Meringue Cupcakes.  These cupcakes a GORGEOUS!

Favorite Towels: Kitchen Towels with Ribbon and Fabric Borders.  My kitchen towel collection needs to expand and I haven’t been crafty for a while.  This fun project is on my list now!

Favorite Salad: Antipasto Pasta Salad.  YES!!  Summer salads are the best, especially when they include the lineup of ingredients that this one has.

Favorite Bug-Off!: All-Natural Bug Spray.  What is store-bought bug spray made of?  I’m afraid to look.  This bug spray promises to be non-toxic and anti-stinky.  Bugs, bugs, go away.

Favorite Drink: Pineapple Kiwi Green Smoothie with Coconut Milk.  It’s been awhile since I’ve made a Green Monster Smoothie.  I think I got bored with my Strawberry, Orange, Banana combo.  A tropical variation sounds amazing!

Favorite Cake Decor: Sprinkles around a stencil.  Sprinkles galore!!!!!!!

Favorite Macarons: Rice Krispy Treat Macarons.  Fancy Macarons, please meet Laid-Back Rice Krispy Treats.  I think you two will get along swimmingly.

Favorite Nails: Aqua and Chevron.  I’m gonna cling to the chevron trend as long as I can.  This is just too cute!

Favorite Sandwich: Lighter Chicken Salad Sandwiches.  Sammy time!

Favorite Wall Hangings: Wallflowers.  Simple and rustic: just my style.

Favorite Croissants: Nutella Banana Croissants.  There might not be a combo better than banana and Nutella.  Gosh, I just can’t resist it.

Favorite Shirt: Beige Sleeveless Leaf Sheer Crochet Lace Vest from SheInside.  Cute top, eh?  Light and airy and super feminine.

Favorite Meal: Mexican Quinoa with Lazy Guacamole.  Yep, I’m making this next week!

Favorite Funny: This dog who literally cannot handle all the cupcakes.  Classic cupcake face.
